Packages do not include on-location filming, professional photography, drone footage, paid advertising, social-media management, advanced 3D architectural reconstruction, or major changes to the appearance of the property.
Project Note
Accuracy & Review
AI-assisted movement may contain minor visual inconsistencies. Clients are responsible for reviewing the draft and confirming that the final content accurately represents the property before publication.
Payment Policy
How Payment Works
For projects below $150, payment is required before delivery of the final unwatermarked files. A watermarked draft is provided for review.
For larger or multi-property projects, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery of final unwatermarked files.
